Gear manufacturing is a frequent operation in the machine industry and machine repairing. The main application area is the automative industry, gear box manufacturing and agricultural machine industry.

Manufacturing characteristics

Most partners of EDIMODUL work in the automative industry therefore their requirements are special custom-built. We use CAD software for developing, planning and designing tools. Tools are made of Co alloyed HSS and PM steel and we can supply them with hard coating as well. Our machines in the tool-manufacturing are specially executed like optical profile grinding machine, relieve-lathe, relieve-profile grinding machines etc. We have special measuring machines, too.
